At Pot & Vaas, we are looking for an Internal Account Manager who actively sees and seizes opportunities. You contribute ideas, make calls, send invitations and ensure that customers feel welcome. From the first contact to the quotation and delivery: you are in charge and know what it takes to satisfy the customer and secure a good deal.

What will you be doing?

You are the commercial driving force within our internal sales team. You have a nose for great customers and know exactly how to win them over. You actively implement acquisition and relationship management actions, enjoy working on your own customer portfolio and achieve visible results.

• You actively approach potential customers by telephone and email (B2B).
• You make appointments for showroom visits and ensure that customers feel welcome.
• You advise customers during visits (possibly together with colleagues).
• You build long-term customer relationships and actively follow up on commercial leads.
• You identify sales opportunities and respond to them independently.
• You prepare quotations and follow them up yourself.
• You contribute ideas for smart campaigns or telephone campaigns to generate leads.
