What will you be doing?

As a Sales Support & Order Processing employee, you will be the link between our sales department, customers and internal organisation. You will ensure that orders are processed smoothly and that customers are always well served.

Your tasks will include:

• Processing and following up on incoming orders
• Checking order details and delivery times
• Supporting the sales department with quotations and customer queries
• Contacting customers by telephone and in writing about current ordersCoordinating with logistics, and production
• Identifying bottlenecks and proactively contributing ideas for improvements

With your keen eye for detail, you actively contribute ideas to the team and ensure that every step is correct: from order entry to invoicing. You enjoy optimising processes and taking work off your colleagues' hands, while handling customer queries quickly and professionally.
You switch effortlessly between tasks, work in a structured manner and always maintain an overview. You are the silent force that ensures that everything is correct, so that others do not have to worry about it.
